Yoga for Self Care Class Begins November 1st

Welcome to a basic introduction to chair yoga.  We use the chair for support with seated and standing yoga postures.  Enjoy the benefits of Mindful breathing – Mindful moving – Mindful attitude.

In this class, taught by Certified yoga teacher Nancy LaPointe, you will learn a basic yoga flow you can take home and integrate into your daily life to benefit all aspects of your health.  Wear comfortable clothes you can move in – barefoot or socks is preferable. Please bring a mat to stabilize your chair for safety.  Bring a yoga block if you have one.  Open to the public.  Part of your $5 fee goes to UUCLC.  This weekly class meets in the UUCLC Sanctuary Wednesdays from 2-3 PM.
