On Saturday, January 21, 2023, an enthusiastic group from UUCLC walked in the annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemorative Parade to honor the legacy of the great American hero and the fight for civil rights.  We had twelve walkers, three banners, and one dog participating despite the prediction of rain, which didn’t happen!  We walked and sang We Shall Overcome.  We made an impression!  Plus, we had a great time walking in the parade and then getting together for a leisurely lunch.  We will do it again next year!
