Dramatic Portrayal of Corrie ten Boom
Dee Collier’s love for history and drama have led her to do first person historical characterizations of famous (and infamous) women in history. Dee previously portrayed Susan B. Anthony and Lizzy Jane at Tri-UU. On August 17 she’ll portray Corrie ten Boom. During WWII Corrie and her family hid over 700 Jews and Jewish sympathizers in their home and helped them escape the horrors the Nazi planned for them. They were eventually caught and sent to a Concentration Camp, which Corrie survived.
