9:30 Discussion. Betty Emery will lead a UU and You Too discussion on our 5th Principle. ONSITE ONLY.

11:00 Celebration of Life. Rev. Snavely’s topic will be ““Food for the Journey – Passover”: Unleavened bread or matzah is an iconic food of the Passover holiday.  It is said the people left Egypt and slavery in a hurry with no time to wait for bread to rise.  Matzah is simple- flour and water baked – but that simple combination provided nourishment for a flight to freedom. Following the 11:00 Service, the Annual Congregational Meeting will be held. The agenda will include remarks from Rev. Snavely, the election of members of the Board of Trustees, presentation of the FY 2024 budget estimate, and an open discussion period when members may provide feedback to the Board of Trustees about your hopes and dreams for the congregation and what you think UUCLC’s goals and priorities should be in FY 2024. The meeting will be broadcast on Zoom. Those on Zoom will have an opportunity to speak during the meeting. However, Zoom attendees are not considered in voting at the meeting. You must attend in person in order to vote.

An Absentee Ballot for this meeting is available on the table in the narthex. Absentee Ballots are permitted if you are unable to attend the meeting due to incapacitation or travel. The ballot must be received by the President of the Board before the end of the meeting in order to be counted.
