New Class: Hindsight, Humor and Hope; Who Me an Elder?

This fall, Celia Everist will again be teaching Hindsight, Humor and Hope; Who Me an Elder? The class will meet Nov 8 & 22,  Dec 6, & 20,  Jan 3 & 17, and, if needed, Jan 31 or the first week in Feb.

A Brief Description

Some of you may remember that about four years ago we offered an Adult Education Class with that title that met with some success! With several of us now reaching closer to that time of our lives, we are offering it again, with some revisions to better adapt to our new way of life. As we approach or enter that phase of our life; what are we remembering? thinking about? preparing for?  looking forward to?  dreading?

Details

The first class will be held ONSITE on Tuesday, NOV 8th, at 1:00 PM.  We will meet twice a month through Nov, Dec and Jan.  We will be dealing with many interesting topics in an atmosphere of sharing, listening and discussing, but also looking often into the humor present in our past, present, and future lives.

Though it would be great to see all of our members enjoy this opportunity, it is important that the class is limited to from 8 to 12 participants at the most.

If you are interested in participating, please sign up on the list located in the vestibule as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact Celia Everist via our office email at office@uulakecounty.org.
